In vector graphics points, curves, lines, polygons etc are used to represent the complete image (each line on the graphic is OUTLINED). However, in raster format, the image is represented by pixels. One of the main advantages of using vector image is scalability. Vector images can be scaled to any size without loss of resolution, while raster or bitmap images scale poorly.
The second advantage of vector image is flexibility in editing. You can edit any part or property of the vector image such as color, angle, width etc. without degradation of the image quality.
Vector graphing is required when the cutting process involved uses a plotter, i.e. NC Router, Laser, and Waterjet.
We can convert raster, photographs and bitmap images into hand-made vector graphics.
The vector conversion (vectorizing or vectorising)is not an automated process, but is instead done “by hand” to generate high quality vector files suitable for printing, engraving, software development, web design, CAD, illustration, flash and other purposes.
Our skilled design team will recreate your designs, creating vector images that no automated software and few other services can match.
